Building full Cooldown Reduction isn't a must, however items such as Frozen Heart and Warmog's Armor can synergize well with the Transcendence rune~ Unflinching: After casting a Summoner Spell, you gain Tenacity and Slow Resistance for 10 seconds! You also gain Tenacity and Slow Resistance for each Summoner Spell on a Cooldown timer. It is a great choice if you plan to build Armor and Magic Resist, your tankiness will scale hard later on.
